I keep getting a notification that my account is invalid. I've paid twice on this account.

The first payment was through PayPal on November 21,2023 and second payment was yesterday. Please resolve this issue and refund one of the 2 payments.

Why are you not doing proper, graphic weather reporting now that Lyndsay is on maternity leave! Regular news persons are not doing what is done on other local stations!!!

I was recently watching an episode of LEGO Masters on CTV. During the broadcast a commercial from the Conservative Party of Canada where their leader, Pierre Poilievre, was spreading lies and misinformation about the Liberal Party, their policies, and Prime Minister Trudeau himself.

I was disappointed to say the least. If this is the type of advertising you wish to broadcast on your network, then I am done supporting your network. Media has a responsibility to broadcast the truth to the public, not spread right-wing lies and propaganda. Unless you remove this commercial, apologize publicly for allowing it in the first place, and take measures to ensure you remain impartial.

I will be contacting the CRTC and registering a complaint, as well as advertising for you on social media, and any other resources I have at my disposal. I will also be boycotting anything you broadcast or promote.

If you are going to run movies on CTV2 give us a full picture. Keep your letterbox scam to yourselves.

If you dont want to run the movie and show it in it's entirity just don't show it and stop pretending to do anything for us. Shove it in other words.

We have multiple problems and the landlord does nothing to get things fixed. I personally have sent 3 requests to get the air conditioner repaired in the hallway.

Still not repaired. My neighbour put in an emergency request as her door lock is broken. Still no reply. My other neighbour his toilet does not work.

We have no one to help us. There is no superintendent etc

I am no longer able to watch ctv on my smart tv.

City of surrey Bylaw bothering me with notices of illegal construction while I have nothing done at my property and my next door neighbor done on his property. I have called city and they assured I will not get notice again but still today it been posted to my wall.

I was wondering why Next Level Chef is no long available on CTV's online platform - I have watched the previous episodes there and was looking forward to finishing it - but it has disappeared from the online on-demand offerings from CTV.CA - I am a subscriber.

I think a survey should go out to the public regarding this federal strike. Its ridiculous.

This is a national news channel and Ms . Donna Sound is the worst news anchor , She has sub par reading skills and it is very embarrassing to hear her stumble through the news cast.

Surely you can hire someone more talented ,

Re Discovery Velocity

As an avid automobile enthusiast, many years ago I subscribed to SPEED VISION.

It was excellent. International auto reviews, and auto race offerings.

All quality productions.

I continue to subscribe, but the station as DEVELO has evolved- and not in a positive fashion.

Ongoing programs such as CANADAS WORST DRIVER, and FAST N LOUD, which are broadcast for hours on end as reruns, are not only poor viewing selections, but frankly, an insult to ones intelligence.

I dont know who your target market is, but it is certainly not anyone with automotive sophistication.

Whoever manages this network, should be embarrassed, of the program offering to your customer base. Utterly pathetic.

Should the current programming continue, I will not subscribe to.

The Nissan ad says a car of theirs survived the North Pole. That is an outright false hood.

I have tried to contact Nissan in Canada and get no answers.

Just when I call them they give me other numbers to call to so that ad should be taken off. Its not right lie

My complaint is a boat Nissan claiming their electric car survived the north pole. There is never been a car at the north pole. That is an outright lie.

CTV activation code issue today March 10 tried to connect could not after several tries paid the required amount

When will ctv,northern ontario,sault ste marie come back on the air. I thought we were suppose to have free to air for ontario.

Please put it back on the air so we can watch ct on our antenna.
